Menu A: 1/3rd lb. Hamburgers All beef hot dogs Potato salad Western style beans $ 11.25 per person (to add in barbecue chicken add $2.00 per person)
Menu B: Tri tip Sandwiches Tulsa’s “own” barbecue chicken salad Assorted chips Steak rolls $ 14.25 per person
Menu C: Boneless country pork ribs Barbecue chicken Potato salad Cole slaw Western style beans Cornbread $ 13.50 per person
Menu D: Tri-Tip (roasted, grilled, chef carved) Cream horseradish Barbecue chicken Rice pilaf Western style beans Cole slaw French and sourdough rolls $ 15.35 per person

85 guest minimum* 15% service and appropriate sales tax will be added to the bill *(for staff a maximum of 4 hours at the location and for catering parties beyond 30 miles from Orange, a fuel surcharge of $ 40 will be added to the bill)
